Allison Stokke Fowler is an American track and field athlete (pole vault) and a fitness model. Some of you will remember an image of her at age seventeen going viral -- nothing scandalous, just a photo of her at a track meet, but she says the unwanted notoriety from it almost made her a recluse. Instead, she went to Cal, Berkeley, almost made the Olympic team, did some fitness modeling, and eventually married Ricky Fowler of PGA fame. So, yeah, she landed on her feet.
The sample pics were generated without negative embeddings so you can see the “true” image from the TI. (I did use Hi-Rez Fix for 15 steps with 4x_Valar). If you use negative embeddings (I certainly do), I can't stress enough that most will alter your TIs and style loras. Even the hand ones can affect your images when stacked on top of one another. Lykon and SoCalGuitarist have good, safe options that I recommend. I also strongly recommend the extension ADetailer. Plug your embedding into that and you'll have an accurate, perfect face every time.
You might also notice that my prompts don't say anything about drawing Allison with an athletic build, but that she's absolutely yoked anyway. Part of that is she's yoked irl, but the other part is that I've "baked" it into the embedding via Initialization Text. I've been experimenting with that for a while so it's gratifying to see it work.
Some models go a little crazy with her freckles. If you have this problem, just throw (freckle, mole) into the negative prompt.
I don't drink coffee and there are plenty of creators more deserving of your money anyway. I'm just in it for the gold stars...which people sure are stingy with on this site.
