CarbonMix is a high quality anime model. It was tweaked and merged many times until I got a model matching my preferences. I used a weighted block merge to get it where I wanted it.
Recommendations:
Highresfix will create more clear faces and higher quality artwork.
Upscaler: 4x-AnimeSharp or R-ESRGAN 4x+ Anime6B, plenty of other upscalers will work great too.Hires steps 10
